Description

You will support the development and ongoing administration of information systems and IT technologies used in a Prague emergency medical services environment. This is not routine administration or a purely project-focused role—rather, you will understand assigned systems deeply and serve as an expert partner to users and vendors during both operations and further development. Your work spans translating organizational needs into technical requirements and delivering changes safely into live production.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational needs into functional proposals and clear technical specifications

• Take ownership of assigned information systems and plan their further development

• Manage changes from initial design through implementation and testing to safe production rollout

• Provide technical partnership to users, specialist teams, and vendors; identify practical operational solutions

• Coordinate with vendors: verify deliverables, control task completion, and service quality

• Validate new versions and features for usability, interoperability, security, and readiness for live operation

• Monitor technological developments and identify opportunities for meaningful system integration, automation, and modernization

• Ensure reliable daily operation of assigned systems and resolve incidents requiring broader technical context

• Maintain operational and technical documentation that is clear, up to date, and useful for development and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with other team members so systems and services work together as a cohesive whole

Requirements

• University degree at Bachelor level

• Strong interest in information technologies and ability to understand systems in depth

• Analytical and logical thinking; independent information research; diligence in verifying correctness

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal users and vendors to find functional solutions

• Carefulness, reliability, and willingness to gradually take ownership of assigned systems and their further development

• Awareness of modern technologies and interest in following their evolution

• Advantage: experience in an IT project

• Advantage: ability to use modern tools to automate routine work and improve efficiency
