Description

You will maintain and administer business applications and provide Level 2 support to users within an IT service framework. The work includes configuring applications for deployments, handling and triaging tickets, analyzing root causes, resolving incidents, coordinating with other support groups, and keeping a knowledge base up to date.

Responsibilities

• Configure and parameterize business applications

• Support users in operating the applications

• Configure applications for go-lives/deployments

• Handle Level 2 support tickets: receive, categorize, and assign

• Analyze causes of recurring problems

• Resolve tickets/incidents and problems

• Coordinate problem resolution with other support groups

• Collaborate with technical and business teams

• Maintain and develop the knowledge base

Requirements

• Technical education (minimum secondary; preferred higher)

• Experience in technical IT service support (preferred 1+ year)

• Experience in customer/user contact

• Ability to read and analyze structured files and technical documentation (XML, JSON, XLS/XLSX)

• Communication skills and teamwork

• Ability to independently analyze issues and logically connect information

• Curiosity, persistence, and a solutions-focused mindset

• Willingness to grow and gain new skills
