Description

Work in a smaller IT team to handle day-to-day operations of the company’s IT infrastructure and support colleagues when something goes wrong. You’ll manage virtual and Windows-based infrastructure, network security (firewalls and VPN), and provide practical end-user support. The role also includes contributing to internal IT projects and security/IT improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate corporate infrastructure: servers (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows environment (Active Directory, GPO), and networking including firewalls and VPN
• Guarantee backups, monitoring, and security for both data and end-user devices
• Provide user support: resolve requests and incidents; prepare equipment for new employees
• Manage computers, printers, mobile devices, and licenses
• Evaluate and select hardware/software and propose ongoing IT development and security improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or IT support
• Experience with administration of computer networks and servers (firewalls, VPN, Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Basic experience with IT backup and security
• English proficiency for reading technical documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues outside of IT
