Description

You will deliver operational activities in an Application Management Services (AMS) framework: analyze and handle application-related tickets and provide application-level support to business users. You will plan and implement deployments and updates for applications and platforms across pre-production and production environments, resolve incidents according to SLA, and coordinate escalations with clear communication to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability and reliability of client applications and supporting platforms
  • Plan and execute application/platform deployments and updates in pre-production and production environments
  • Analyze and resolve tickets according to SLAs
  • Coordinate escalations and monitor incidents
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and partners to ensure process transparency
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize applications for business users
  • Perform installations, updates, and configuration changes
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams
  • Support deployments into test environments
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base
  • Monitor and analyze application health and implement performance improvement actions
  • Cooperate with development teams and vendors on enhancements
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Identify and reduce operational risks
  • Support compliance monitoring with IT processes (e.g., ITIL)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of maintaining financial applications and infrastructure
  • Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications
  • Strong, versatile technical knowledge
  • Understanding of ITIL and COBIT best practices
  • English proficiency (B2) in speaking and writing
