Description

You will support complete client IT environments, ensuring Windows Server and Windows client systems run stably, securely, and with good performance. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) and includes identity/access management in Entra ID with modern security approaches. You will troubleshoot users pragmatically, plan and accompany migrations, and document work to bring structure and transparency to customers’ IT landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer environments (remote; occasional on-site in the Friedberg area)
• Maintain stability, security, and performance of Windows Server and client systems
• Serve as the main contact for Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
• Administer identities and access rights in Entra ID and apply modern security concepts
• Provide fast, pragmatic end-user support
• Plan and support system migrations and keep systems up to date
• Advise customers and develop their IT landscapes together with them
• Document work and improve transparency and structure across the IT environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience
• IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent practical experience
• Confident administration of Windows clients and Windows Server
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of networking (LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN)
• Experience with Hyper-V (operations, administration, and basic troubleshooting)
• Independent, improvement-focused working style
• Clear communication in German (C2) and good communication in English (B2)
• Awareness of structured IT/quality processes (e.g., ITSM, ISO 27001, ISO 9001)
