Description

You will administer and operate a hybrid IT environment with a focus on identity and access management and the modern digital workplace. The role includes tenant administration, collaboration platform support (M365), and client management using Intune and Baramundi, as well as 2nd-level support for Windows 11. You will also support hybrid integrations and participate in migrations and modernization initiatives while proactively improving existing IT services.

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker (IT systems specialist) or equivalent IT qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a system administrator, ideally in cloud environments
• Good knowledge of cloud and tenant administration, identity & authorization management, hybrid IT infrastructures, and Windows/Linux server administration
• Experience managing virtualized system landscapes and modern IT workplaces
• Self-learning ability and structured, independent working style; reliable, loyal, and highly trustworthy
• Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, solution orientation, and friendly demeanor
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
