Description

You will ensure the IT landscape runs reliably and continuously develop it further. Responsibilities include administering and supporting the company’s entire IT infrastructure, optimizing Microsoft 365 and backup systems, and developing warehouse management systems (LVS/WMS) while supporting business teams with technical requirements. You will also create evaluations, process data, manage system interfaces, contribute to AI and automation projects, and participate in IT on-call.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and reliable IT operations

• Administer and support the entire IT infrastructure

• Own server, client, network, and system administration

• Optimize Microsoft 365 environment and backup systems

• Develop warehouse management systems (LVS/WMS) and support departments with technical requirements

• Create reports, process data, and support interfaces between systems

• Contribute ideas for AI and automation initiatives

• Participate in on-call IT support

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in IT

• Experience in administration of IT infrastructures

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking technologies

• Ideally experience with warehouse management systems

• Knowledge of SQL plus data processing and data analysis

• Interest in AI and automation

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach

• Strong communication, teamwork, and service orientation
