Description

You will support customers as part of a team by operating and monitoring their IT systems both remotely and on-site. You will plan and implement customer-specific IT solutions through integration of hardware and software, using modern cloud services. You will also handle customer inquiries and incidents at eye level.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor customer IT systems via remote support and on-site work (together with the team)

• Plan and implement client-specific IT solutions by integrating hardware and software components using modern cloud services

• Act as point of contact for requests and disruptions, presenting solutions confidently to the customer

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and a passion for solving complex customer challenges

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Hyper-V

• Completed training as IT specialist for system integration (or similar technical qualification)

• Ability to develop your own solutions and communicate them confidently to customers

• Team player, motivated, and able to work independently
