Description

You will ensure reliable operation of cash systems, digital price labeling, inventory management, servers, clients, and cloud services while delivering IT support. The position combines Windows Server administration with Microsoft 365/Entra/SharePoint/Intune management and day-to-day user support across first to third level. You will also support internal applications and integrations and contribute to digitization, automation, and AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environment including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file/print servers
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, and Intune
• Provide first-, second-, and third-level IT support
• Administer clients, mobile devices, workstations, and printers
• Support networking, VPN, FortiGate firewall, and Veeam Backup
• Maintain internal applications and systems including Navision, Cycle, and Jeegy
• Further develop software, inventory management, and interface/API solutions
• Contribute to digitization, automation, and AI projects
• Perform IT onboarding and offboarding and maintain IT inventory

Requirements

• Training as Fachinformatiker for System Integration, Fachinformatiker for Application Development, or comparable IT qualification
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking
• Experience in IT support and system administration
• Ideally experience with Intune as well as firewall, VPN, or backup systems
• Ideally first experience with interfaces, APIs, or programming
• Structured, solution-oriented work style, interest in digitization and modern technologies
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
