Description

Join a global IT Services organization to support BMC Helix business workflows. You will handle incidents and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing and configuring solutions within the BMC Helix platform. The role works with a Senior Developer and participates in Agile ceremonies and release activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix following ITIL processes and SLA/OLA targets

• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and apply fixes/workarounds

• Monitor personal/assigned queues and escalate time-critical cases per procedure

• Assist with development and configuration of BMC Helix solutions

• Translate business and IT service requirements into platform configurations

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release activities

• Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes

• Seek guidance and feedback from senior team members

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in application development or IT service management tools

• Practical experience with BMC Interfaces & Integration, business workflows, CMDB, and asset management

• Familiarity with integration using REST API and email

• Basic customization experience

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work in a matrix organization

• Willingness to learn and grow
