System Analyst (Product Owner Experience)

Description

You will join a project building an integration layer that connects multiple business systems and digital services. The work includes designing integrations for insurance and customer service workflows to enable data exchange, process automation, and alignment with the enterprise integration strategy.

You will capture and document requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and own product direction (vision, goals, roadmap, backlog, and priorities), working within Agile/Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into implementable technical specifications
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation
• Model business processes (BPMN), design solutions, and build prototypes
• Support backlog refinement with detailed requirement elaboration
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Own product vision, goals, success metrics, and roadmap
• Define and manage roadmap, backlog, and priorities
• Make scope and trade-off decisions (value vs risks vs constraints)
• Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business goals
• Lead demos and reviews; validate delivered increments (DoD)
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and product performance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensure compliance (legal, data privacy, security)
• Drive Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst
• Product Owner experience
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling
• Strong SQL skills; experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with Git and understanding of SDLC
• Strong analytical thinking, systems understanding, and problem-solving mindset
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or above
