Description

As a System Administrator / System Engineer, you coordinate and operate required IT resources for customers across on-premise, virtual, and cloud environments. You plan, set up, and operate network and security infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and Active Directory environments. You handle 2nd- and 3rd-level troubleshooting with the development team and continuously improve infrastructure security, while contributing to technical concepts and documentation for global tenders.

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree and relevant professional experience

• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking technologies, storage systems, and IT security

• Administration of Microsoft and Linux operating systems

• Experience with installation, setup, and administration of virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V

• Experience with data backup solutions

• Knowledge of Citrix technologies and NetScaler ADC is a plus

• Teamwork and personal initiative

• Fluent German and English

• Occasional on-site customer visits
