• Role: IT System Administrator

Description

Operate and support server, network, and platform services across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud environments. Manage storage and data services, security activities (firewall, access control, authorization, patching, and compliance), and monitoring/backup operations including incident resolution and documentation. Support workplace and technical systems, deploy and update software, automate recurring tasks, and contribute to infrastructure, cloud, and security projects with required technical documentation.

Requirements

• Practical experience in at least two IT infrastructure areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, cloud, backup, monitoring, software deployment, or IT security)

• Broad technical understanding of IT infrastructure and the interdependencies between its components

• Willingness and ability to independently learn and adapt to a wide range of systems and technologies

• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style

• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills

• Teamwork and strong communication skills

• Good command of English (German language skills are an advantage)
