Description

The role leads complex rollout work packages for introducing and increasing usage of new IT solutions in corporate customer business (including corporate client advisory and media sales/service processes). You will develop and advance end-to-end onboarding concepts for OSPlus_neo and OSPlus, advising savings banks and setting up deployment and controlling instruments from kickoff to successful application use.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work packages for the introduction and intensification of new IT solutions in corporate customer business
  • Develop and drive holistic onboarding concepts in close collaboration with project management, application development teams, and external partners (including DSGV and regional associations)
  • Advise and accompany savings banks when introducing new IT solutions and digital processes, especially around OSPlus_neo and OSPlus
  • Design and run onboarding measures (from kickoff to successful application usage), such as webinars, on-site consulting, and tracking project success
  • Advise project leaders and management stakeholders within savings banks and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure broad OSPlus adoption
  • Present approaches and solutions at internal and external events (e.g., specialist conferences and trade fairs)
  • Plan and implement onboarding measures in line with customer requirements and take target ownership for the work package

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or comparable qualification
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in corporate client business at banks/savings banks (e.g., client consulting, sales management, electronic banking, or consulting)
  • Solid experience in leading projects, sub-projects, or work packages
  • Structured, analytical, independent way of working; ability to tailor complex topics to target audiences and present them sales-oriented
  • High responsibility and initiative, assertiveness and conflict resolution ability, strong social skills, and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Confident appearance, strong communication and coordination skills, strong goal and result orientation, and teamwork ability
  • Willingness for regular assignments at savings banks and participation in events
