Description

Design future-ready IT landscapes and IT architectures for national and international banks and financial services. Work at the IT–business interface from idea through implementation, analyzing client needs and presenting management-ready results. Evaluate technology trends and innovations and assess meaningful use for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design IT system landscapes for banks and financial service providers in project work
• Develop future-oriented IT landscapes and architectures at the interface between IT and business (idea to implementation)
• Analyze customer needs and prepare structured, management-oriented results for presentation to senior stakeholders (e.g., executive boards)
• Take responsibility for monitoring and evaluating technology trends and innovations, and assess their practical use for customers
• Contribute through innovation and specialist articles, expand the customer network, and support company growth

Requirements

• Experience with IT architectures from roles at banks or other financial services providers and/or from IT or in-house consulting
• Completed technical or natural-science degree (e.g., mathematics, (business) informatics, physics, engineering) or MBA/Master/PhD
• Excellent knowledge of Java and SQL; familiarity with OpenStack, z/OS, Python, KBS, IMAC, Docker, FinTS, and ACID
• Ability to understand the broader context of banking IT and quickly analyze existing business and technical structures and landscapes
• German at least C1 (negotiation level) and English at least B2 (fluent in speaking and writing)
