Description

You will provide consulting and support to B2B existing customers across the full offer and decision process for software and licensing. You will be the first point of contact for software product and licensing topics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring smooth information flow with the field sales team. After contract completion, you will proactively follow up with customers to identify potential and further develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support B2B existing customers regarding the portfolio
• Guide customers through the entire quotation and decision process in a structured, committed, solution-oriented way
• Act as the first point of contact for software products and licensing and coordinate internal/external stakeholders
• Work closely with field sales colleagues to ensure smooth information flow
• Follow up with customers after contract signing; identify opportunities and expand customer relationships
• Continuously build product expertise via vendor and internal trainings and obtain relevant certifications

Requirements

• Commercial education or comparable background
• Customer contact experience, ideally in sales support or a B2B environment
• Strong customer consulting skills and ability to recognize customer needs
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working approach
• Confident and professional communication by phone and in writing
• Very good German and good English for international collaboration
• Interest in software and licensing topics and willingness to keep learning
• Ability to quickly onboard to new processes, tools, and vendor portals
