Description

You will acquire new customers and then support them in the Commercial and Manufacturing segments by identifying needs and offering an ICT infrastructure product and service portfolio. The role includes developing long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, coordinating internal project teams, and working closely with technology partners and manufacturers to spot opportunities and influence business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maintain ongoing customer care
• Help customers identify needs and propose relevant ICT infrastructure solutions
• Work on leads in collaboration with the marketing team
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Contribute directly to business strategy
• Coordinate internal project teams made up of specialists during opportunity development
• Collaborate closely with technology partners and technology manufacturers
• Use deep understanding of customer business, environment, and strategy to identify opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT environment with sales in the Commercial and Manufacturing segment
• Strong consultative selling and business development skills
• Expert-level negotiation skills
• Ability to handle demanding situations and make decisions under pressure
• Strong interest in IT and new technologies
• English proficiency at least B2
• Ability to commercially analyze business opportunities
• Professional experience with CRM (Salesforce)
