Description

You will acquire new customers in the public sector and maintain long-term relationships by helping clients identify their needs and offering relevant ICT infrastructure products and services. The role includes leading internal project teams of specialists to build business opportunities, working closely with marketing and technology partners, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You will also contribute to the business strategy for the public sector area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and take care of them afterwards
• Help customers identify needs and propose an ICT infrastructure portfolio
• Work on leads with the marketing team
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute directly to business strategy
• Coordinate and lead internal project teams of specialists
• Cooperate closely with technology partners and manufacturers

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT and sales into the public sector
• Strong consultative selling and business skills
• Expert-level negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and decide under pressure
• Orientation to the IT world and new technologies
• English at least B2
• Ability to commercially analyze business opportunities
• Professional CRM skills with Salesforce
