Description

You will work as a business-facing partner for the Customer Technology product area, responsible for developing and maintaining digital customer touchpoints across online channels and in-store experiences. In close cooperation with business stakeholders, you will support the product lifecycle—from business case creation, through testing and acceptance, to production support. You will also guide product-team collaboration across IT and business, and help plan and evolve integration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the business department

  • Analyze functional, technical, and organizational requirements for Customer Technology products

  • Advise on product development cycle activities (business cases, testing, acceptance, and production support)

  • Provide expert support for internal projects: organization, planning, project communication, and action tracking

  • Advise on business-oriented product-team management and coordination between IT and business

  • Work in agile, cross-functional teams to design, build, implement, and maintain new integration systems

  • Support planning of solutions and processes to develop products

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1), Polish (C1), and English (B2)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT products (software development)

  • Ability to build a clear structure and independently manage topics to continuously improve solutions

  • Experience facilitating workshops to gather business requirements, build a Product Roadmap, and estimate project complexity

  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile project methodologies, including iterative implementation of Product Roadmap

  • Ability to collaborate in an international team

  • Very strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel to different dm group locations

  • Documented experience leading agile IT projects

  • Strong affinity for technology; able to understand how applications and websites are built to analyze technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
