Description

You will partner directly with the business to develop and maintain IT products in the Customer Technology area. The role includes analyzing functional, technical, and organizational requirements; advising on the product lifecycle from business case to testing, acceptance, and production support; and guiding product teams from a business perspective while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders. You will also support agile delivery and the planning of solutions and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business department on product development

  • Analyze functional, technical, and organizational requirements

  • Advise on the product lifecycle (business case → testing → acceptance → production support)

  • Support internal projects (organization, planning, project communication, action control)

  • Coach product teams on business-oriented decision making and improve cooperation between IT and business

  • Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain a new integration system

  • Support planning of solutions and processes to grow products

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1), Polish (C1), and English (B2)

  • 5+ years of experience managing IT products (software development)

  • Ability to create a clear structure and independently manage topics to continuously improve solutions

  • Experience facilitating workshops to gather business requirements, build a Product Roadmap, and estimate project complexity

  • Knowledge of SDLC, agile project methodologies, and iterative implementation of Product Roadmaps

  • Ability to work in an international team

  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel to dm group locations

  • Documented experience managing agile IT projects

  • Strong interest in technology: understanding application and web development to analyze technical requirements and communicate effectively
