Description

You’ll support users working with company ICT systems, resolve technical issues, and contribute to improving corporate applications. The position handles incidents and requests in the Service Desk (First Level Support) while helping ensure reliable and efficient operation of business applications and services. You’ll also collaborate with the IT team and train internal users to use the applications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users of corporate ICT systems

• Handle incidents and requests via the Service Desk (First Level Support)

• Operate and support corporate applications and services with an emphasis on reliability and efficiency

• Work with the IT team to improve user experience

• Train internal users in how to use the applications

Requirements

• Secondary education or higher in IT

• Suitable for graduates seeking real-world IT experience

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Teams, and other office applications

• Knowledge of programming/algorithmization and database query work (ability to read code) is an advantage

• Excellent Czech language skills (written and spoken) and good English communication level

• Strong communication skills and ability to listen empathetically

• Analytical and logical thinking with effective problem-solving

• Flexibility, independence, and willingness to learn new things

• Thoroughness, sense of detail, and consistency
