Description

You will join the IT team and help manage IT systems while providing technical support for PCs and servers for customers. The role includes customer communication, troubleshooting IT requests, deploying new PCs (assembly, software installation, and new user setup), and supporting server delivery and data migration from old servers to new ones. You will also help with computer network administration, with training support for skill growth.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and resolve their IT requests

• Provide technical support for PCs and servers

• Prepare new PCs: assemble and install software, configure a new user

• Deliver and provision new servers and migrate data from old servers

• Administer and maintain computer networks

Requirements

• Knowledge of and ability to work with Windows

• Good orientation in IT technologies: hardware, software, installation, configuration, administration

• Knowledge of virtualization: VMware and Hyper-V

• Knowledge of Windows Server and other Microsoft products

• Valid Category B driver’s license; active driver

• Responsibility and reliability

• Fluent Czech and basic English
