Description

You will collaborate with UX, Product, and business colleagues to design user-centered UX/UI features for the PAYBACK app and other digital experiences. You will translate user and business needs into UX/UI concepts and prototypes, test them with users before development, and work with developers to ensure the delivered product reflects the intended experience and design quality. You will also maintain and evolve a shared design system with the UX team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX, Product, and business teams to design user-centered features for PAYBACK digital experiences
• Translate user and business problems into effective UX/UI concepts and prototypes
• Test concepts with users before they are developed
• Partner with developers throughout implementation to protect UX/UI quality
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring designs align with principles and components
• Work in a diverse cross-functional product team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience for native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Strong interaction design skills and ability to create engaging user experiences
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with UX design tools, especially Figma
• Experience with design systems (plus: understanding how to connect design systems to code)
• Motion and interaction design experience (strong advantage) with tools such as Rive or Figma Motion
• Fluent English; strong German skills are a significant advantage
