Description

You will design and maintain consistent, accessible, and user-friendly digital interfaces using the Nova Design System. The role includes developing UI components, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and maintaining design specifications and style guides to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms. You will also support continuous improvement of the design system through new patterns, accessibility reporting, and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Design UI components according to the Nova Design System Library

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to validate with stakeholders

• Define design specifications for colors, typography, spacing, and component usage

• Create and maintain UI style guides for consistent implementation across platforms

• Continuously update and evolve Nova Design System components, developing new patterns and optimizations

• Create accessibility reports and verify adherence to usability and accessibility standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HCI, design, or a related field

• Professional certifications in UI design, graphic design, UX, or design thinking (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, UX Research Academy or equivalent)

• Education or training in qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Very good German and English skills
