Description

Provide technical support to customer and internal systems and manage the service desk agenda as a Single Point of Contact. Support IT users and customer teams across Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Azure, including incident and service health monitoring. Build expertise in Microsoft cloud and AI technologies, including user support for MS Copilot, and participate in implementation and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for customer and internal systems

• Operate as Single Point of Contact / manage Service Desk queue and agenda

• Support IT teams and users in Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Azure

• Evaluate and triage event/incident reports from customer environments

• Support SMB customers for Office 365 services

• Manage internal IT: hardware/software configuration, LAN administration, and Internet connectivity

• Operate and support internal services and products

• Monitor and control system health in customer environments

• Support CSP sales operations and customers

• Collaborate on implementation and migration projects

• Participate in Microsoft technology training

• Provide user support for AI systems, including MS Copilot

Requirements

• Basic experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or Microsoft 365/Azure administration

• Strong motivation to learn and obtain Microsoft certifications (Cloud and AI focus)

• Experience with user support, infrastructure administration, and M365/Azure administration

• Native Czech/Slovak language proficiency

• English at conversational level and very good written communication

• B driving license
