• Pay: 720–800 PLN net/day (depending on experience and skills)

Description

You will support implementation and adoption projects in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role involves translating business needs into real use cases in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, leading workshops to collect and structure requirements, and helping clients drive user engagement. You will also contribute to presales efforts, solution concepts, and knowledge transfer through trainings and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation and adoption projects, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Participate in presales and co-create proposals and solution concepts

• Analyze business needs and translate them into Copilot Studio and Power Platform scenarios

• Lead client workshops and collect/organize requirements

• Prepare deployment and adoption plans for new technologies

• Support client adoption by identifying adoption barriers and proposing actions to increase user engagement

• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and marketing teams

• Run trainings, webinars, and knowledge transfer to clients

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 consultant or similar role (ideally with a Microsoft partner)

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform

• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and webinars

• Ability to understand and support technology adoption processes and end-user rollouts

• Strong business communication skills and presales experience

• Certifications: AB-900, AB-730, or AB-731

• English level B2 or higher
