Description

You will administer and support server infrastructure and internal IT systems, including monitoring, basic server troubleshooting, and end-user technical support. The role also covers managing workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software. You will contribute to basic network administration and participate in implementing cybersecurity measures while learning new technologies and expanding your responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage server infrastructure and IT systems
• Monitor systems and perform basic issue resolution in server/IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end users and handle their requests
• Manage workstations, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software
• Perform basic administration of network technologies and infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Collaborate on cybersecurity and implementation of security measures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT/ICT position
• Experience with administering IT infrastructure, servers, or systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Basic knowledge of administering user accounts and access permissions
• English at least at the level needed to work with technical documentation
