• Role: Senior IT Systems Administrator (Senior ICT Administrator)

Description

You will maintain and continuously modernize the organization’s ICT infrastructure, taking ownership of assigned areas and proactively improving how systems work. The work covers servers, virtualization and storage, network infrastructure, security technologies, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, endpoint management, backups/monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and supporting or delivering technology projects and automation.

Responsibilities

• Keep ICT infrastructure running and modernize it continuously

• Administer servers, virtualization platforms, and storage

• Configure and administer network infrastructure

• Manage firewalls, VPN, VLAN, and related technologies

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Manage computers and other end-user devices

• Handle incidents and technical problems from detection through root-cause resolution

• Verify backup and monitoring functionality

• Contribute to infrastructure security and resilience

• Coordinate technical interventions by external providers

• Implement or support technology projects

• Propose changes, automation, and other improvements

• Take specialized ownership for assigned parts of the infrastructure

Requirements

• Proven practical experience in IT infrastructure

• Experience with server environment administration

• Virtualization knowledge

• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and related technologies

• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and common networking technologies

• Experience with VLAN, VPN, and firewalls

• Linux orientation is an advantage

• Experience with backup and monitoring systems

• Basic to advanced understanding of IT security

• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems systematically

• Independence and good work organization

• Ability to communicate with users and external IT specialists
