Description

You will provide 1st/2nd-level support for everyday IT requests and problems and ensure reliable operation of the IT environment. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining systems such as servers, storage, networks, and client devices, as well as supporting infrastructure projects. You will also document system and end-user processes and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support users with IT inquiries and issues in daily operations (1st/2nd level support)
• Provide, install, and maintain IT systems (servers, storage, networks, clients, etc.)
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects
• Install and configure new hardware and software components
• Create and maintain system and end-user documentation

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an IT field or equivalent qualification
• Solid knowledge and several years of experience in support, Microsoft, and server environments
• Proactive and independent working style
• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
• Quick comprehension and a structured, goal-oriented approach
