Description

Manage and optimize IT systems through conception, planning, and continuous improvement. Coordinate IT projects, analyze existing processes and workflows, and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for day-to-day IT operations. Collaborate with department leadership, and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable education/study plus work experience
• Experience with endpoint management systems (baramundi/IGEL)
• Experience with MS-AD/Entra ID and general Windows/Linux
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with Cisco network components, LANCOM, and Palo Alto
• Independent working style, strong organization and planning skills
