Description

Manage IT infrastructure and end-user devices (software and hardware) for a healthcare organization. Administer Windows end-user equipment in a domain environment (AD, SCCM, WDS), configure IT software and licenses, and manage the user lifecycle including user access (Active Directory, MS Exchange). Support IT asset and software license tracking, perform annual physical inventories of hardware and software, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Technical education or at least 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant areas

  • Good physical and mental health

  • No criminal record

  • Excellent ability to create documentation (technical and user-facing)

  • Strong general IT knowledge and basic orientation across hardware and software products

  • Knowledge of working in an MS Windows domain environment

  • Knowledge of computer networks, network communication protocols, and VPN

  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues

  • Ability to collaborate actively with other departments

  • Independence for smaller projects within the team and a proactive approach to tasks

  • Responsible and communicative approach when working with users

  • English comprehension at least sufficient to understand IT documentation
