Description

You will take ownership of the testing approach and the full test cycle—from defining strategy and selecting tools to analyzing results and reporting. The role also involves building the test team, improving processes through modern automation techniques, and managing the Micro Focus Quality Center (MF QC) test environment. In addition, you will partner with PMs, architects, and development teams to remove delivery bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies and test plans tailored to high-availability systems.
• Coordinate all phases of the testing cycle, ensuring rigorous quality procedures and standards.
• Build and develop the testing team: define goals and provide substantive support to specialists.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and implement modern test automation techniques.
• Administer and supervise the test environment, including the administrative layer in Micro Focus Quality Center (MF QC).
• Collaborate closely with PMs, architects, and development teams to eliminate bottlenecks in software delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years coordinating test processes (experience in large organizations or utility/energy is preferred).
• Practical knowledge of Micro Focus Quality Center (MF QC) for coordination (administration experience is a plus).
• Technical knowledge of Continuous Integration, QA design patterns, and QA process automation.
• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or another technical discipline.
• Analytical problem-solving and fast adaptation to new technological requirements.
• Proactive communication and ability to work effectively in distributed project teams.
