Description

Ensure the proper execution, quality, and progress of civil engineering works for infrastructure projects, especially in power line construction (0.4–30 kV). Support project delivery by preparing quantity surveys, reviewing them after partial billing, updating contract positions, and creating technical documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders through construction meetings and detailed site records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works in infrastructure construction, particularly power line installation (0.4–30 kV)
• Prepare quantity surveys (Aufmaße) together with civil construction contractors
• Check quantity surveys after receiving (partial) invoices and enter data into contract positions
• Create technical documentation, including construction site logs (Bautagebücher) and photos
• Attend construction meetings (Baubesprechungen)

Requirements

• Experience in construction supervision of civil works
• Knowledge of power line construction (0.4–30 kV)
• Technical understanding and experience producing documentation
• Ability to perform quantity survey review (Aufmaßprüfung)
• Knowledge of handling contract positions
• Experience in attending/conducting construction meetings
