Description

Coordinate end-to-end testing across project cycles and sprints, including functional, integration, and regression testing for processes spanning multiple business and system areas.

Define and align test strategy, plan test scope and timelines, analyze business and system requirements for testability, and ensure quality standards through monitoring and reporting.

Manage defect handling (Defect Management), support production issue analysis, and assist with integration and diagnostic testing using tools such as Kibana, Postman, and SoapUI.

Responsibilities

• Define and align test strategy and approach for projects and releases

• Plan test scope and schedule within project cycles and sprints

• Assess business and system requirements for testability and complete coverage

• Coordinate functional, integration, and regression testing

• Run defect management: monitor statuses and coordinate with development teams to remove defects

• Monitor test execution quality and compliance with organizational standards

• Report test results, identify quality risks, and recommend corrective actions

• Use Jira and Confluence to manage tests and documentation

• Support production issue analysis and integration testing using diagnostic tools (e.g., Kibana, Postman, SoapUI)

• Support the team in executing manual tests

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual and API testing

• Technical knowledge of test management and QA processes

• Understanding of SDLC/STLC

• Knowledge of manual and automated testing concepts

• Experience with test management tools such as Xray

• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience with agile development, especially SCRUM

• Ability to extract and analyze logs (e.g., Kibana)
