Description

You will join a project focused on developing and enhancing reporting solutions for the financial and capital markets environment. As an IT Analyst, you translate business needs into clear IT requirements and support delivery of sustainable, reliable reporting solutions. The role includes analyzing data flows and integrations and investigating data content/behavior with SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Design new reporting solutions together with the Product Owner and project stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements
  • Prepare clear requirement specifications for development teams
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams by translating business requirements into technology-oriented requirements
  • Analyze data flows, integrations, data content, and behavior
  • Use SQL to investigate and understand data
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business analysts, IT analysts, developers, and testers
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions remain aligned with the target architecture and business objectives
  • Support the delivery of sustainable and reliable reporting solutions
  • Work independently while managing multiple tasks and requirements
  • Contribute in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT analysis and/or business solution analysis
  • Strong requirement elicitation and requirements analysis skills
  • Good understanding of data flows and system integrations
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data content and behavior
  • Knowledge of trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities
  • Strong analytical skills for complex systems and requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate effectively across business and IT teams
  • Experience working in Agile environments such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken English
