Description

You will administer, install, configure, and regularly maintain end-user workstations, notebooks, and peripheral devices in a Windows environment. You will diagnose and fix hardware and software faults, install and update operating systems and standard software, and provide technical support via in-person assistance, phone, and the central helpdesk. You will also maintain IT asset and license records, prepare devices for users with basic training, and support improvements to IT services and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, install, configure, and maintain end-user PCs, notebooks, and peripherals in Windows
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; replace components and arrange repairs
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and standard software
• Provide technical support to users in person, by phone, and via centralized helpdesk
• Maintain records of IT equipment, accessories, licenses, and service interventions
• Prepare equipment for users, including basic onboarding and short user procedures
• Contribute to IT service development, adoption of new technologies, and optimization of endpoint management

Requirements

• Secondary or university education, ideally technical or IT-focused
• Strong Windows knowledge for endpoint administration
• Practical experience with PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software faults and propose appropriate solutions
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, domain services, and centralized endpoint management principles
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, cybersecurity, and protection of user data
• Basic English for technical documentation
• Independence, attention to detail, responsibility, and friendly user approach
• Good communication and organizational skills
