Description

You’ll install and support restaurant IT/gastro systems, train users, and explain how the systems work. The role also includes gathering client hardware/software requirements, ensuring smooth system startup, providing remote troubleshooting, and maintaining technical documentation. You’ll coordinate with internal account and sales managers to support successful go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Collect client information, understand needs, and define required hardware/software specifications

• Process orders and clarify whether clients will print, mark orders at the cash register, or handle delivery logistics

• Install and launch the system with minimal issues and maximize hardware usability

• Provide training after system launch and use remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk) to resolve technical problems

• Maintain technical documentation and detailed notes in Bitrix

• Coordinate with account managers and sales representatives to ensure all required items are delivered and not blocking startup

Requirements

• Strong technical mindset with ability to work with IT systems and hardware

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus

• Ability to resolve issues independently and willingness to learn new things

• Installation and technical support experience is an advantage (e.g., Windows reinstallation, disabling Windows updates, replacing HDD in a laptop, connecting a printer, setting a static IP for network printing)

• Willingness for occasional travel to customers
