Description

Lead and deliver IT projects from concept through successful completion while contributing to the IT strategy and digital transformation. You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers, manage timelines, budgets, goals, and risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Ensure quality standards and project methodologies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from conception to successful completion

• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external vendors

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project objectives

• Identify and manage project risks

• Communicate with customers, business departments, and executive management

• Create project plans, status reports, and presentations

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project methods

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in IT project management

• Experience with classical and agile project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented approach

• Confident use of project management tools

• Very good German and good English proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree

• Willingness to commute to Sande or plan relocation before starting (preferred)
