Description

You will administer user roles and access permissions, including login credentials for IS SZIF and other systems. You will ensure applications and data-processing workflows run correctly, manage databases in multi-user environments, maintain active PDF forms and templates, and provide user support based on Service Desk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer roles and user identity access permissions (including IS SZIF logins)

• Maintain proper operation of computer applications and data-processing processes

• Administer multi-user databases

• Administer master (reference) data and manage access enablement

• Create and modify active PDF forms and manage templates

• Analyze Service Desk tickets and provide user support

Requirements

• University degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in economics, electrical engineering, telecommunications and computing, or IT/informatics

• Valid Driver’s license category B
