Description

You will take ownership of the technical realization of digital customer connectivity and actively support the further development of the IT landscape. You will care for customer users (senders and hospital customers) and deliver IT service and support across the 1st to 3rd level based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle service and support requests (1st to 3rd level)

• Analyze and resolve hardware and software faults

• Install, configure, and bring hardware/software into operation

• Support rollouts and the introduction of new IT solutions

• Participate in cross-departmental IT projects

• Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team on complex technical topics

• Work with external service providers

• Document solutions and operating processes

• Follow defined processes and quality standards

• Depending on experience, independently manage specific applications or technical subject areas
