Description

Provide end-user IT support both remotely and on-site. You will install, configure, and handle basic administration of computers, software, networks, printers, and other IT devices, and diagnose typical hardware and software issues. You’ll manage user requests through an ITSM tool and document resolutions, including user account and access permission administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support to users, remotely and directly at the workplace
• Install, configure, and perform basic administration of PCs, software, networks, printers, and other IT equipment
• Analyze and troubleshoot common hardware and software problems
• Record, categorize, prioritize, and route user requests via an ITSM tool
• Track requests through successful resolution and document solutions
• Administer user accounts and access permissions
• Collaborate with external IT service providers
• Train and support users in IT topics

Requirements

• Experience in IT user support and orientation in typical HW/SW environments
• Knowledge of printers, multifunction devices, and video conferencing solutions
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, computer networks, and mobile devices
• Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and propose suitable solutions
• Proactive and independent working style
• Good communication skills and a friendly approach to users
• Willingness to travel as part of the job (~30% of working time)
