Description

Lead the design of complex product experiences from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions are intuitive, useful, and accessible. Translate user research, data, and business strategy into clear product experiences and design recommendations, including scalable customer journeys and interaction models. Influence product strategy through customer insights and support design excellence by mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product experiences

• Convert research synthesis, data, and business strategy into product experience recommendations

• Define scalable customer journeys, interaction models, and information architecture

• Tackle ambiguous design challenges using systems thinking, experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning

• Represent customer needs to identify innovation opportunities and influence roadmap discussions

• Partner with engineering, product management, research, and other designers to deliver high-quality experiences

• Mentor and support designers via critique, coaching, and sharing design practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant design/HCI/UX field plus 4+ years product or service design experience, OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years, OR equivalent experience in product/service design/design thinking

• 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games through an end-to-end design process

• User-centered design experience including research synthesis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability evaluation, and accessibility practices

• Cross-functional collaboration with design, product management, engineering, and research

• Experience designing complex platform, AI, enterprise, developer, productivity, or ecosystem experiences

• Ability to influence strategy and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
