Description

You will provide local, hands-on IT support to enable communication with the central global support team. Responsibilities include supporting end-user workplace technology (laptops, thin clients, peripherals), performing hardware tasks such as cabling, delivery, setup, imaging, and resets, and managing local stock with accurate asset tracking. You will also act as the on-site “eyes and hands” for basic server and networking support under remote guidance and coordinate with global teams for escalation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on end-user IT support for workplace devices
• Hardware activities: cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, resets
• Manage local stock and coordinate storage; maintain accurate asset tracking
• On-site support for technical room: basic server and networking support under remote guidance
• Coordinate with global teams for integration and escalation
• Troubleshoot and resolve first-level hardware or connectivity issues
• Support ad hoc first-level IT requests

Requirements

• Proficient in Japanese and English
• Experience supporting end-user technology
• Experience with hardware setup and imaging
• Basic understanding of server and network support

Benefits

• Rate: up to €240 net per day (B2B contract)
