Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex data and platform programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. The role involves coordinating global teams, building governance and quality processes, and using dashboards and reporting to monitor program health. You will also lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and mentoring to strengthen a high-performance delivery and change culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex data and platform programs
  • Lead and coordinate global teams of project managers, business analysts, and vendors
  • Develop and execute delivery strategies across schedules, budgets, benefits realization, and risk management
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to plan and forecast workstreams and change requirements
  • Manage resource allocation, financial planning, and contract negotiations
  • Establish governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and reporting dashboards
  • Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Mentor and develop team members and support change management

Requirements

  • 8+ years of programme management experience in large, global change initiatives within financial services
  • Proven track record managing platform and data migration projects, including SAS migrations
  • Leadership experience managing diverse, international teams in a matrix organization
  • Deep understanding of governance, scope management, RAID/dependencies, and benefits realization
  • Experience working with regulated financial institutions on complex change projects
  • Agile delivery expertise, preferably with SAFe certification
  • Fluent English communication with stakeholders from executive to operational levels
  • Legal right to work in the European Union
