Description

Join a strategic Data Privacy program within a global financial organization. The role focuses on analyzing business processes and requirements for data storage, integrity, and movement between systems, working closely with business, technology teams, Solution Architects, and cross-market stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and business requirements related to Data Privacy and data management

• Assess data storage controls, data integrity, and data movement

• Run workshops, interviews, and analytical sessions with key stakeholders

• Identify, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, catalogues, user stories, and solution designs

• Model and map business processes and identify areas requiring change

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, technology teams, business stakeholders, and project teams

• Coordinate requirements across markets, business areas, and teams

• Support testing, business readiness, training, and implementation of new solutions

• Develop and maintain responsibility models, including RACI

• Support delivery according to Agile methodologies

• Use approved AI tools to improve analysis and task execution while following Data Privacy, governance, and human oversight rules

Requirements

• Experience as Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst, ideally in large complex organizations

• Strong data knowledge: data storage controls, data integrity, data movement between systems

• Banking/financial sector experience, especially projects related to data, Data Privacy, governance, or large transformation programs

• Strong skills in analyzing and mapping processes

• Experience independently leading workshops and requirement gathering

• Ability to write business requirements, user stories, catalogues, and solution documentation

• Experience working with Solution Architects and IT teams

• Practical Agile experience (SAFe experience/certification is an asset)

• Excellent stakeholder management across senior management and delivery teams

• Experience in testing, business readiness, training, RACI, and implementation-related activities

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: lookups, IF statements, pivot tables, charts

• Fluent English enabling smooth work in an international environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience working in a global matrix organization
