Description

Design and deliver advanced data and analytics solutions for supply chain planning to enable faster reporting for Operations teams. Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau/Databricks dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers, and validate delivered data assets back to source systems. Partner with data engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, documentation, data logic, and roadmaps, including SAP data accessibility improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain and cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and document business process workflows (including manual steps and pain points)
• Create user stories with metrics, dimensions, data fabrication logic, business rules, validation rules, and acceptance criteria
• Design and maintain dashboards and semantic layers supporting planning and control tower use cases
• Partner with data engineers to consume data from data lakes and build reports, benchmarks, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions
• Maintain data definitions, business glossaries, and validation logic; certify data for area of responsibility
• Ensure reporting accuracy and performance through validation, documentation of critical metrics/logic, and self-service enablement
• Support enhancements and change control; improve SAP data accessibility in modern platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Thoroughly test delivered data assets and validate data against source applications
• Present designs and solutions for team review and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations in computer and/or semiconductor industries
• Strong proficiency in analytics and BI development using Power BI, Tableau and/or Databricks
• Hands-on experience with SAP data (S/4HANA, ECC, BW)
• Highly skilled in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience implementing a Data Warehouse in Databricks
• Hands-on experience developing analytics in Supply Chain Planning (especially in Chips, Boards and Systems manufacturing)
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions and collaborate across technical and business teams
• Strong verbal and written communication

Benefits

• Base salary range: $168,000–$258,750 (varies by location and experience)
