Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF)Responsibilities:Support and act as an Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activitiesDrive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestonesFacilitate daily project team standups, focused (virtual) workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetingsMaintain action and decision logs and project documentationDrive accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholdersTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating where appropriateMaintain project progress trackers for and prepare status reports, presentations for managementSupport project governance processes and reporting requirementsDevelop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities Requirements:Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processesFamiliarity with RACF or mainframe security environmentsProven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environmentsExperience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunitiesStrong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practicesUnderstanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutionsExperience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiativesFluency in EnglishExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projectsExcellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving mindset and great communication skillsResults-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
