Description

Deputy Project Manager needed to support an operational IAM / Mainframe Security IT project for an international banking organization. You will support the Project Lead with day-to-day coordination, governance reporting, and ensuring delivery against deadlines and milestones. You will also help improve and automate IAM-related working processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering the project

• Coordinate project teams and ensure agreed timelines and milestones are met

• Collaborate with IAM and Mainframe Security teams and experts

• Run daily project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions

• Monitor project progress and enforce agreed actions

• Maintain action logs, decision logs, and project documentation

• Manage risks, problems/issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed

• Prepare status updates, progress trackers, and management presentations

• Support project governance processes and reporting

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate working processes and coordinate their implementation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience leading or coordinating IT projects

• Experience in banking or other regulated environments

• Practical knowledge of IAM

• Knowledge of Access Control processes (granting, revoking, reviewing permissions)

• Experience with project governance and reporting

• Practical experience in risk, dependency, and escalation management

• Very good communication skills and stakeholder management

• Experience with process improvement and automation

• Very good English

• Readiness to work in a hybrid model
