Description

You will run SAP SuccessFactors projects of all sizes—from quick app rollouts to long-term international implementations. You will work directly with customers to guide delivery, solve problems, and help define how delivery is done.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors delivery for customers
• Guide project execution and problem-solving throughout implementations
• Communicate complex information clearly with customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate others and keep delivery organized
• Apply the right project approach (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) based on context

Requirements

• Solid experience managing IT implementation projects for external customers
• Experience with the SAP ecosystem
• Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
• Good understanding of project approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Confidence dealing with demanding or changing customers and achieving good outcomes
• Very good communication skills (including public speaking)
• Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate others
• Proactive mindset and fast learning
• Daily comfort with MS Office and Jira
• Independence, responsibility, and ability to ask when unclear
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well with a team
