Description

Coordinate project work from pre-sales scope definition and bid review through delivery and closeout, delivering high-quality results on time. Lead project teams and external partners using a hybrid approach (waterfall + agile), manage change requests and client expectations, and run monthly closeouts and invoicing. Support Fix Time = Fix Price engagements and leverage AI to improve your delivery work.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage project scope during the pre-project phase (scope definition, preparation and revision of offers)

• Lead the full project lifecycle (analysis/preparation, implementation, and closeout/settlements)

• Coordinate internal project teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery at required quality

• Manage contract work across a full technical portfolio

• Apply a hybrid project management approach combining waterfall and agile

• Maintain regular client contact, manage change requirements, and control expectations

• Run monthly closeouts (bodyshop/support) and handle invoicing

• Deliver Fix Time = Fix Price projects

• Develop skills through certifications

Requirements

• Experience with project management

• Knowledge and experience with hybrid project management (waterfall + agile)

• Effective communication with customers and internal teams

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Independence and ability to solve problems clearly

• Enjoys project management work

• Uses AI in daily work

• Speaks English
